First Come First Serve!

ClearCare, the software used to view your schedule and client assessments, has some very exciting updates that we would like to share with you!

First Come First Serve (FCFS) Scheduling!

You will now be able to accept shifts at the click of a button!  In addition to our own open shifts calendar, you will now receive specific shift offers sent to your phone, email and/or CAREGiver portal.   When we have an open shift, we will send a message out with shift details to specific CAREGivers and/or CNA's.  When we do this, you can accept the shift either via text message, email, or via the mobile app (See below).  The shift will automatically be assigned to the first CAREGiver to respond.

If you are the first to opt in to the shift the browser will confirm:

You may also accept via text or through the Portal.  As shown below, others who respond after it has been accepted will be notified that it is no longer available.
